Brief Answer:
No need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Ma'am
Thank you for asking ask a doctor service.
Intervertebral disc bulging in cervical area can cause stiffness and muscle spasm around neck and shoulder. The prognosis depends upon the extent of the injury. If mild to moderate bulging then nothing to worry. A short period of rest, muscle relaxants and analgesics will be helpful. If not improving then physiotherapy like TENS and neck muscle strengthening exercises will be helpful.
If you upload the MRI report then it will be more helpful to know the extent of injury. If there is severe nerve impingement caused by bulged discs then surgical decompression will be necessary. Otherwise no need to worry at all.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Hi thanks for the answer. My question kind of got cut off. My question was about the neck stiffness after the adjustment and worry of complications. Google showed my artery dissections and other things that I was wondering what symptoms would be and time of onset

24 hours to within a week time.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again Sir

Thank you for your follow-up query.

Cervical or vertebral artery dissection as a complication of chiropractic manipulation is a controversy topic still. There are such cases. Violent manipulation of neck can cause vertebral artery dissection.
The onset of symptoms is usually within 24 hours. It can be with in a week also in some case. It can be symptoms like dropping of one side eye lids, weakness in one side of body or tingling sensation, decrease in power of lifting limbs, dizziness or double vision.
MR angiogram or contrast CT scan will be helpful to diagnose it. Taking anti platelet agents like aspirin or clopidogrel daily will act as a prophylactic.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help.
Thanks
