I Puke During Exercise Something HIIT Or At Times It
Question: i puke during Exercise something HIIT or at times it is hot
Brief Answer:
Can you elaborate??
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Can you elaborate further? From what I understand you experience increased body temperature (at times it is hot during exercise). And that is normal. Exercise increased cardiac function - increased heart rate and blood outflow. The increased blood perfusion makes you feel hot.
If you can elaborate your problem better, I will be able to understand the problem better and have a fruitful conversation.
Regards

i vomit when i indulge in hiit
Brief Answer:
Is it a one time event or a regular episode?
Detailed Answer:
I would like to know if the vomiting after HIIT exercise was a one time event or does it happen every time you indulge in exercise. If it was a one time event, then probably it is due to benign reason such as indigestion and gastritis.
But if it a repetitive occurrence then probably it is an exercise induced nausea /vomiting. Often the cause here is physiological such as dehydration / overhydration or gastroparesis (delayed gastric emptying). It is not a serious concern. You should however consider getting thyroid function test, blood sugar, renal, liver and pancreatic enzymes checked. You may get these test done through your local doctor.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
