I Met With Accident Before 7 Years And Continous Pain
Question: i met with accident before 7 years and continous pain in neck as my ligament teared at that time but no injury to bones but i feel continue pain from that day i see many doctors all prefer xray and nothing comes in i also go through mri nothing in that report also please help me to out of this pain which is near c3 c4 area and shoulders and also on shoulder blade stiffness is also there

I have noted your clinical details. Based on this, it seems to be chronic neuropathic pain.
Any pain that lasts for six months or longer has neuropathic component in it. The fact that MRI and X-rays are normal exclude major problems such as fracture, compression of nerves or spinal cord. This means you do not require surgery.
Treatment would include medicines such as pregabalin or gabapentin capsules. In addition, physiotherapy for pain relief (IFT/ultrasound) would also help.
