Brief Answer:
No your liver enzymes are just mildly deranged.Gross derangement of liver enzymes with severe icterus(yellowing of skin) along with various other symptoms are seen in liver failure.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I'm Dr. Kumar, thanks for using 'Ask A Doctor' service.

The fatty liver disease is a very common cause of liver disease, often seen when an ultrasound is done of the liver.
The main treatment is weight loss, it is recommended to lose at least 5% of your body weight and then monitor your liver enzymes to make sure they go back to normal. It is also recommended to take medications to lower your cholesterol if your cholesterol is high and if you had diabetes to make sure it is under good control.

The fat in your liver can cause inflammation, which, over time, can lead to cirrhosis, and this can then increase your risk of liver cancer. But if you do not have cirrhosis now, which it sounds like you don't, then you would not be at increased risk for liver cancer yet/liver failure yet.

I hope that helps, please feel free to ask any questions about that, I would be glad to answer.

Regards

Brief Answer:
follow up

Detailed Answer:
Hello again my dear,

Whether you need a biopsy or not depends on documented report of ultrasound.
Initially fatty liver is mild moderate and severe.
Thereafter comes stage called cirrhosis of liver where liver cells start degenerating but as liver cells start to die off large amount of stored enzymes are released in blood stream causing surge of enzymes into it.
No very likely this issue is not related to IVF but opposite of it may be true.In case of Polycystic ovarian diseases or conditions effecting ovarian hormones estrogen and progestrone liver may become grossly fatty especially if female is young.

Hope i was helpful,
Feel free to follow up.
Regards
