Brief Answer:
Probably pulsatile tinnitus, follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to pulsatile tinnitus. This diagnosis is usually caused by an inflammation of the middle ear.
Other possible causes can be hypertension, or blood vessel disorders.

I suggest you the following examinations:
-a physical examination of the ears
- a hearing test (an audiogram)
-regular measurements of the blood pressure
-a complete blood count

Usually pulsatile tinnitus go away on its own. You should not worry about it.

Meanwhile, you can use a wax-removal medication such as Debrox.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
