I started to experience symptoms of anxiety and im not sure why - because i have never had anxiety in my life. i had a little difficulty swallowing also but that has gotten better- still not eating. my sleep cycle was a lil off where i would experience some insomia. it feels like my bones are little achy. my heartrate is irregular- beating at more than 100 per minutw daily.

Brief Answer:
Hyperthyroidism possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think this situation you are experiencing may be related to thyroid issues.
Night sweats, loss of weight, irregular and fast heartbeat, low appetite, insomnia and anxiety can be symptoms of hyperthyroidism . So your thyroid may be high.
You should consult an endocrinologist and check T3,T4,TSH.
Also an ultrasound of thyroid may be needed.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
