Question: i have been advised by my doctor that i am prediabetic i drink diet coke and people say this is bad for me for my sugar levels could you please sdvise mev

Diet coke does not contain sugar so it may be consumed by a diabetic patient.

It contains sweeteners that make it sweet, but they are not carbohydrates that may increase the blood sugar. Sweeteners can be used ( especially stevia) even for other drinks (to add it to the tea or making cakes).

They can be taken in limited quantities by the to diabetic patients.
