Brief Answer:
Could be lumbar spondylosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel ,Orthopedic Surgeon.
You have lot of pain in your back, every time , when getting up from bed( after sleeping).
In my opinion you are suffering from a condition called Lumbar Spondylosis, a degenerative change in vertebral column( Spine).
I suggest you take Anti Inflammatory Analgesics, Muscle Relaxants, hot fomentation , local analgesic cream and Spinal Extension Exercises( any physiotherapist will teach you). If you don't feel relief in 10 days , pl get an X ray of back.
Hope I have answered your question. Please feel free to ask any further question.
Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
