I am 32 years old and I am a male.
I didn't injured my neck, actually i was reading book yesterday night after doing some work on my laptop then suddenly I feel some pain in my neck but it was low pain that I feel sometimes. But after some hours around 3 to 4 hours I feel more pain in my neck that was unbearable. Then I apply some pain relieve gel and did some exercise but no relief.

Brief Answer:
Muscle relaxant
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
The pain could be due to neck muscle spasms. I suggest you to take painkillers like aceclofenac 100mg in combination with muscle relaxants like Thiocholchicoside 4mg. This will reduce the pain and relax the neck muscle providing relief.
regards,
Muscle relaxant
