Brief Answer:
anti histamine , decongestant, mucolytic, nasal spray

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Post nasal drip refers to the drip of mucus to the back of throat, mucus can also be present in other areas of the respiratory tract such as the lower airways.
It can be due to infection and/or allergies.

Treatment would involve the use of medications such as: (1)anti histamine, decongestant combination- this would be over the counter, eg zyrtec d, allegra d, claritine d, benadryl d

(2) a mucolytic to help break up the mucus so that it can be expelled easier eg mucomyst, bisolvan, guaifenesin

(3) if there is no improvement then the use of a nasal spray may be needed eg nasonex, nasocort, flonase

(4)if there is a an allergy component, would need to determine the particular allergen/s that is likely to be causing the problem eg dust, pollen, certain foods
If it can be identified, then your contact with it can be hopefully reduced

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
