Question: i am 43 years old male named XXXXXXX from XXXXXXX for the past few months i am having acidity problem nearly after every meal. what should i do ? as a temp solution i used to have 2 teaspoons on Diovol antacid syrup. which gives me relief, but after the next meal same heart burn is felt.
what should i do ?

i dont smoke or drink
