Brief Answer:
Cefpodoxime may be very helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your attached query in detail.

Chronic epidydimal infection if not responding to antibiotics should undergo further higher evaluation like Scrotal imaging and culture/sensitivity testing.

Herbal supplements will have little impact on this condition.

Likewise antibiotics like Cefpodoxime when taken for 1 week will improve the symptoms on a large scale on empirical basis.

Please check with your physician if he/she shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to you.

Review with Reports for further action. Further management if any is largely based on test reports.

Post your further questions if any.

Thank you.

Stem cell therapy is currently under trials and not approved for management of spinal canal stenosis.

At the moment it can be treated only by way of surgery.
