I have gone through the details. You can try diet and lifestyle changes such as avoid oily, spicy food, fast food, green chillies. Take small portions of meal with 2 to 3 hrs interval. Do not bend or lie down for at least 1/2 an hour after food. Drink warm water and antacid medications such as Esmoprazole Fast(NEXPROFAST ) 30 minutes before food in the morning and if severe in the night as well. In case it still persists then you may have to go for surgical tightening of muscles by banding or Nissen Fundoplication. For further treatment options, it is best to discuss it with a gastroenterologist.
