Hi There. Lately When I Wake Up And When Sometimes
Question: hi there. lately when i wake up and when sometimes when im active... i have a stinging / burning pain around my armpit. and i feel wheezy / tight chest.
its never debilitiating and it usually comes with feeling gassy or bloated and burpy. i do have anxiety and a hyatal hernia.
ive had an ekg done recently and i had a heart echo earlier this year and an abdominal echo. all wete normal
except the hernia and kidney stones.
do you think this is angina or related to anxiety / gastro stuff?

Coming to this point, I would recommend considering the use of a gastric anti-secretory medication like a PPI (pantoprazole, omeprazole, etc.) and in addition to maintain a bit elevated bed front.
In addition, taking small portions of meals would be helpful in avoiding unpleasant feelings.
