Brief Answer:
Kindly refer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir

After carefully going through your medical detail and reports I would like to tell you that all his reports are showing kidney damage which requires monitoring for kidney functions as well as has to make dietary changes too.

Sobinex, Sevanix Renosave are medications to safe kidney and to reduce deterioration.
Triolmezest is for better Blood pressure management and Fexostat is to control gout as his uric acid is on higher side rest and supportive meds for calcium and gastritis.

Hopefully this information will answer your query and if you have more queries then you can ask anytime.

Kind Regards
