Brief Answer:
130/91 is a little high but not concerning

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I'm Dr. Branch, thanks for using Ask a Doctor. 130/91 would be considered an elevated blood pressure (especially the bottom number 91), but especially after activity and not resting beforehand, it would not be concerning at all. Only if you had several blood pressures above 130/80 after resting would I suspect you have high blood pressure, and would advise you to get checked by your doctor to confirm the diagnosis. So for now, I would only recommend checking your blood pressure once or twice a day for a week, in a quiet room 5 minutes after sitting down and resting, and as long as most are below 130/80, I would not be too concerned, and just follow up with your doctor as normal.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any questions about any of that, and I would be glad to discuss it with you further.
