Hi...

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

Testosterone levels control the development of male sexual characters and estrogen control the development of female sexual characters.

In males, whenever there is a hormonal imbalance and levels of estrogen exceeds the levels of testosterone, there is gynecomastia.
So these two hormones are the basic decider of gyno.

Possible side effects of growth hormone include muscle pain, headache, joint discomfort, swelling of the hands and feet, carpal tunnel syndrome and acromegaly.

But very rarely, the breast enlargement has been reported.
The cause of it is unknown but it supposed to be through the growth hormone receptors normally present in breasts.

That's why a breast examination is always done prior to starting the GH therapy.

Hope that I have answered your query.
If you have any doubts, please let me know.
Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
GROWTH hormone and Gynecomastia

Detailed Answer:
Hi......
AV nodal re entrant tachycardia (AVNRT) is the most common cause of supra ventricular tachycardia (SVT) which occurs due to a re entrant circuit, also called an accessory pathway, located in or near the AV node that causes the heart to beat prematurely.

Though no association has been reported between growth hormone therapy and recurrence of arrhythmia or arrhythmia-related complaints, all patients of ablation (both cryo and radio frequency)normally need a long-term follow-up to detect a late recurrence.

Though there are multiple minor dug interactions, only clinically significant interactions of GH have been reported with three drugs namely Insulin,Oxycodon and Carbamazepine.

Regards.
