Brief Answer:
It could be due to Varicose veins

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Great saphenous vein passes on the medial aspect of the
Lower limbs. In Varicose veins, the valves inside the vein doesn't function and lead to pain , ulceration, pigmentation etc in the inner aspect of the leg.
In DVT ,there will be swelling and pain.
Please consult a Vascular surgeon and proceed further.
Now a days,Laser treatment is giving good results.
There is no Medical treatment for Varicose veins
Please attach Colour Doppler of the lower limb Report.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
