Brief Answer:
Further Clinical evaluation necessary...

Detailed Answer:
Hello there,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...

I've checked the attached reports...Most of the parameters are within normal limits only...

However, the bodyweight needs to be reduced by aggressive work-out and gym as well as proper dieting...

For Vitamin D3 deficiency, foods enriched with Vit-D e.g. fortified cereals, Milk, hard-boiled eggs, sprouts, etc. can be consumed daily. Daily 10-15min sunlight exposure on bare bodyparts during morning time (pref. between 8-10 am) needs to be done...In my patients, I'd also suggest taking Vitamin D3 supplementation (i.e. Vit-D3 60,000 I.U. once a week for the next 3 months) then recheck after 3months...

For proper management, he needs to get himself thoroughly checked up clinically by an Internal Medicine specialist and proceed accordingly...

Take Care
Kind Regards
