Brief Answer:
Your HIV risk is negligible

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to ASK A DOCTOR through HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
At the outset, that stranger is not necessarily a HIV positive woman.
Kissing and blow job are safe sexual activities. So you need not worry.
Human saliva contains an enzyme called as Lysozyme which is inimical to the HIV. Transmission through saliva is very much unlikely.
Deep kiss has negligible risk for HIV transmission. (https://www.cdc.gov/hiv/risk/estimates/riskbehaviors.html)
Anyhow, as a married man, have a HIV test 12 weeks after this incident and then you can resume sex with your wife for a safer side. Till then, if you want to have sex, practice protected sex with your wife.

Some sites say that blow job and kissing lip to lip. With saliva is negligible for hiv.? If saliva enters the mouth even if we drink. Our stomach gas will destroy the virus. Like that i read in webmd sites. And the link which you sent also says that no risk of hiv by kissing and blowjob . I am asking a conclusion to you, am i safe and free. Please clear this

Brief Answer:
You are safe,not to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
The guidelines given by the Ceter for Diseases Control, which is the body of US Public health department and these guidelines are accepted and followed throughout the world by modern medicine doctor's community and the teaching institutions as it will be released by a very good expert panel and with the background of evidence based medicine. (The link which I sent to you already).
With the activities mentioned by you carry a negligible transmission risk for HIV. So not to worry. You are safe.
As it denotes your risk as negligible and not NIL, it is better to have a protected sex with your wife till you get a negative result after the window period for HIV. STI due to deep kissing is very much unlikely except HSV 2 infection which is also a STI (Only in certain situations behaves as STI). Not to worry.

Brief Answer:
Your HIV risk is negligible

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Medicine is not mathematics to get a constant answers.
Probabilities are there.
Deep kissing carries negligible risk, NOT TOTALLY NIL RISK. Moreover I was not there, with you when the incident was happened, to assess the exact risk.
So it is better to rule out this negligible risk before resumimng unprotected sex with your wife.
I hope that you got the point. Not to worry about what to do if comes postive... It is quite unlikely.
