What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain During 10th Week Of Pregnancy?

i m in my 10th week of pregnancy.since last night i m having slight pain in lower abdomin and vaginal discharge.please advise

in early pregnancy, women often experience discomfort and cramping in the lower abdomen that we attribute to stretching of the round ligaments, or round ligament pain. This happens due to enlargement of the uterus.
in case the pain is persistent then other causes of pain like urine infection vaginal infection or constipation or gas and indigestion needs to be ruled out after a direct examination by a gynecologist.
A mild increase in vaginal discharge is also a normal finding in pregnancy. in case it is associated with foul smell or itching then an infection is likely and may need a treatment.
