Brief Answer:
About hypoglycemia;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone through your concern in details.

The symptoms of low blood sugar are manifested with; excessive sweating, feeling hungry, unexpected weakness, pale face and almost always improve with after a carbohydrate load.

To confirm this, you need to check the blood sugar during these episodes. If it comes under 70 mg/dl, further examinations should be done.

Regarding the high blood glucose you reported, it should be over 140 mg/dl (if you have not been fasting) to be considered high.

So, please check the blood sugar during the episodes which you think of having low blood sugar, do not hesitate to report it also for further suggestions.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best wishes,
Dr.Mirjeta
