Question: hey, this might be random but I'm just curious about a small patch of bumps by my elbow that's almost in a circle shape wanted to know if anyone can tell me how to get rid of it

I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be an eczematous patch.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily along with frequent and regular application of a moisturising lotion on the entire arm 2-3 times in a day for 10-14 days.
This should resolve your problem.
