I am suffering from fever and joint pain ,defficiency of vitamin D3,B12,and cholesterol.
Also My ESR is 51
I am taking the medicines from last two week but there is no relief in my health condition.

I wish to know how long you been having fever and joint pain? What other symptoms do you have apart from fever and joint aches?
Have you had any other tests done apart from ESR and vitamin and cholesterol check up?
May I also know what medications have you been on for 2 weeks?

i suffering from joint pain and fever from last three weeks,but fever is coming occasionally and its varie from 98 to 99 F.Feeling always tired,swelling in lower legs,too much cramping and pains.I am taking pain killer two times in a day.
i have attached all the test reports,
i am taking following medicines from last two weeks
Calirol 60k IU once in a week,
rejunuron 1500mcg- 2times in a week
Protinex with milk two times in a day,
calcium tablet two times in a day.
but till date no any relief in pain and swelling in the legs,very difficult in walk

Hi,

From what I understand you been suffering with on and off fever with joint pains for about 3 weeks along with cramping and swelling in leg. I assume you visited a doctor and carried out the test (and not part of a general check up). Your report has no significant abnormality besides low vitamin b12 and vitamin D. Both vitamin b12 and vitamin d deficiency can cause leg cramps; but no swelling and the on and off fever. In the back ground of fever, I don't feel the joint pain is secondary to vitamin deficiency.

What pain medications are you taking?

Based on your description, there is a possibility of viral arthralgia (infections that affect joints and connective tissues). Viral arthralgia starts with high grade fever and gradually the fever subsides leaving behind joint pain. It's not easy to arrive at any conclusive diagnosis without a physical examination. Therefore I will strongly recommend that you report back to a physician. You will need a detailed clinical examination and if deemed appropriate the doctor will run a few serological tests to rule out viral infections. Treatment can be planned based on the cause and the amount of inflammation.

dear sir, as per your advice I went to doctor and done some test and confirm that it is arthritis. please see the attached document for your kind reference.

I went through the images uploaded. I can only see pictures of few medications - panace, folvite and folitrax 10. I don't see any test results besides the first one. Have you undergone any new tests.

As I mentioned earlier, the symptoms seems to be due to viral arthralgia. It will gradually resolve in few weeks. In some cases, the joint aches may last for 3-6 months. What was your doctor's opinion?
