Brief Answer:
Without treatment you can expect to survive for one year

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted your mother seems to have been diagnosed to have High Grade Papillary Carcinoma of Urinary Bladder .

Since it has infiltrated into Lamina Propria and if left untreated further infiltration in to perivascular tissue and lympho Vascular spread is likely to be very fast ,

Though it is very difficult to predict period of survival precisely you can expect her to survive for one year .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
