Brief Answer:
May require MRI ,Local Injection or rarely surgery.

Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
Frozen shoulder is a difficult problem to treat and takes long time to recovery.
The exact cause of the problem may not be clear for quite sometime. MRI helps in the diagnosis .
The treatment ,apart from what you are taking would be local steroid / PRP injection apart from physiotherapy.
In my practice ,after 2 months if there is no improvement ,I will get MRI and decide the treatment accordingly. If no bony problem or severe soft tissue damage then I would give local injection and physiotherapy , else surgery would be required.
I suggest you get MRI and let us know the report.
Thanks
