i have done semen analysis and attached report.
trying for kids and can you please suggest abiout pus cells and vitality ?

I see the semen test results and there are many pus cells and vitality is below normal range.
This can be because of an infection which can increase the pH also.
This can cause infertility and may need treatment.
You may need to do a culture of urethral secretions to check the type of infection and to find the antibiotics needed to treat it.
The fertility may be back when treated
