Question: have raised skin colored dots on both hands
A year ago I had them scraped off by a Dermatologist and they came back
They go up to my arm on My wrist and look very ugly. Some are darker then others. If You zoom in You can see the bumps.
I don’t know exactly what they are

This is for my daughter who is 35 years old , married, has 2 children (2 1/2 and 6 months)
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Seborrhoic keratoses, sunscreen, tretinoin cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
It is looking like seborrhoic keratoses which is a benign condition of the skin characterized by skin to XXXXXXX coloured flat patches and bumps on the sun exposed sites.
It is a harmless condition.
I would recommend her to use a broad spectrum sunscreen on the sunexposed sites 2-3 times during the day time and tretinoin 0.05 percent cream on the affected bumps at night for 6-8 weeks.
This will reduce them.
It is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.
Alternatively she can consult a doctor and get them removed by radiofrequency ablation but they have a tendency to recur.

Dr Asmeet
