Brief Answer:
POST-PTCA with tingling sensation left hand ?cardiac ischemia

Detailed Answer:
Hi....
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor"service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

If you are having such ongoing symptoms, you should go and see your cardiologist immediately.

Tingling in the left arm might be an indication of ongoing angina or an impending heart attack.
A cardiology examination and ecg is indicated.
A CT Angio or 2D echo might be procured.

This tingling can be a sign of sensory neuropathy which has been commonly reported with the drugs used in cardiac stents(drug eluting stents).

For pain relief, you can take NSAIDS like Paracetamol and Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen.

Hope that I have answered your query.
If you have any doubts, please let me know.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.
