Brief Answer:
Folliculitis,Local cleaning. Antibiotics.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear,

Welcome to the platform of Health Care Magic,

Lot of hairs present in this area. it is quite usual that these will be avulged during any physical vigrous activity.

Possible diagnosis is Folliculitis.

Can be prevented by regular cleaning of the area with antiseptic soap.

Wash properly after any sexual activity.

Local application of antiseptic lotion after any physical activity and routinely.

Unnecessary hairs to be removed regularly and after erasing the hairs area should we wiped with some antiseptic lotion like betadine.

Antibiotics are recommended in such situation to cure the current small boil.
(cephalexin).

Hope the answer is useful.

But If the leisons are quite itchy then please enquire further in next query.

Please feel free for further clarification.
Thanks

Thank you for your answer. However the pimple like sores occur on my penile shaft most times where there is no hair and I tend to bust the pimple and it feels uncomfortable Sometimes they are singular and other times they form clusters. Also on areas that have hair, like where my pubic hair grows.

Once it heals it scars but very lightly.

Brief Answer:
skin streptococcal infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Leisons on the shaft are small fruncle only.
This is a bacterial infection of skin caused by streptoccocus.
Antibiotics in full doses (cephalexin 500 mg thrice a day) to cure the disease for about seven days and there after take low doses of antibiotic for about two to four weeks to prevent from recurrences.
And all other measures of prevention as explained in earlier answer to be considered.
Hope they should heal and stop occuring after such measures.
Thanks
