Brief Answer:
Should get evaluated.......follow up with few details.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

Please give me additional information about :-
Is there associated nausea, vomiting, bloating or abdominal distension?
Any fever or history of outside food?

As you have serious abdominal cramps since a week, so I would suggest you to consult at ER for detailed clinical examination and get done few basic investigations ultrasound abdomen and pelvis, X Ray abdomen in standing position, relevant blood, stool examination and computed tomography abdomen (if needed) as per clinical evaluation. Treatment will mainly depends upon the underlying clinical diagnosis.

Till then you can take antispasmodic like tablet buscopan(hyoscine butyl bromide), syp. Gelusil. Take small and soft meals. Avoid hot and spicy foods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
