Since when are you having these symptoms of fever, weakness, cough and sneezing?
How much is the fever?
Have you tried any medicines?
Have you gotten any tests done?

I usually suggest Cetrizine and paracetamol for these symptoms.
Most viral fevers get better by themselves in few days.
