Brief Answer:
Please go through detailed answer dear.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query dear,
I have seen your details,
Though acid peptic disorder could cause symptoms you are having yet in most of the patients these symptoms are not the presenting symptoms. Usually heartburn, nausea, vomiting, pain in right upper quadrant are the symptoms of gastritis.
Vertigo/Dizziness is a vast topic and you could find thousands of pages on this single topic,So to exclude it or even differenciate true vertigo(Nystagmus present) with false vertigo often take multiple visit to doctors.
However as off now as your spells are associated with bowel moments.I would suggest you to use laxatives like lactulose for few days so that you need not to apply too much pressure while defecating.
Secondly take care of your hydration.Drink excess of water.
Don't exert too much while defecating this increases sudden blood supply to ano rectal region and may cause a mild reduction in blood supply to brain resulting in dizziness etc.

Try this for 10 days and revert back-
2 glass of water with pinch of salt 5 min before defecating.
Stand up very slowly after defecating.
Use lactulose to avoid too much exertion while defecating.
Follow ups are welcome,
Thank you!
