Question: dear doctors, this question is about Immunization Schedule of my kid who is 5 years old (he completed 5 years this August).
I keep travelling on office work, hence couldn't keep a track of the immunization schedule. when I see now, its a little confusing.

Pls go through the Immunization Chart (image attached). Pls let me know in detail.. which vaccination is pending, when to give.

thanks in advance

Brief Answer:
Don't worry, get him vaccinated as mentioned here

Detailed Answer:
hi

thanks for asking here

I have gone through the immunisation card and do understand your concern.
Actually the due and given dates of immunisation are intermingled here.
Don't worry I have seen the card and the child needs immunisation for Tdap, varicella,MMR,oral polio and typhoid.
Tdap is available as boostrix injection,MMR and varicella combination is available as Priorix Tetra. Get him vaccinated for typhoid conjugate vaccine(typbar tcv)and oral polio.
As 5 years of age is complted, you can get him vaccinated anytime.
Your child has not received pneumococcal vaccine. At this age only one dose of pneumococcal vaccine(prevnar)is needed for life long immunity.
You may get him vaccinated for two injectable vaccine at an interval of few days after discussion with your pediatrician to avoid simultaneous four injection .

I hope this helps.
please let me know if you have any more.
regards
