Hello

After going through the ecg report attached by you I would like to tell you that taking into consideration the age and associated risk factors of diabetes and hypertension and presence of qRBBB and slightly wide QRS complex it’s highly advisable to evaluate further.

Needs echocardiogram or probably a stress test after initial evaluation of the patient in person.
