I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you may need to change your face care routine to help with black marks and acne.
Use a face wash gel containing salicylic acid each morning to help exfoliation of skin. Use a sunscreen 50 spf, uva and uvb during day. This will prevent black marks from forming.
Use iso tretinoine cream at night to reduce oil production and help with acne.

I didn't understand the answer your given..In the above prescription what is to be used because my face is an oily face I am suffering but no result in that can you give reply on this... And how to use instructions and company names of the products in detail.

Hello again.
Use salicylic acid gel cleanser in the morning to wash your face. Use cerave or avene cleanser
Apply sunscreen 50 spf of avene every day reapplying after 2-3 hours.
Use isotretinoin topical cream before bed applying on the face.
This treatment may last 3-4 months .
