I think you may need to get in further evaluation in order that you can find the reason of profusely sweating.
You may need to do a total blood count with formula, biochemical blood balance and thyroid hormones levels t3,t4,TSH.
Hyperthyroidism, viral infections, hepatitis etc can be possible reasons which need to be evaluated.
