Question: am 47 had a total hysterectomy around 8 yrs ago from endometrial hyperplasia normal paps ever since, haven't been sexually active for 3 yrs and 4 month and now i've notice blood coming from what i saw ,a small tender red spot near the urinary meatus. could it be cancer? what could it be?

Instead of this being a cancer, it is more likely to be an ulcer. A biopsy should help rule out cancer from this lesion. Ulcers are treated with systemic and local antibiotics. But a prior confirmed diagnosis should be done by gynecologist.
