Question: after a month and a half of phnumonia why does my heart hurt and I stay out of breath and it crackles in my throat when breathing in. Is it fluid ?

Bronchitis is common after lung infection like pneumonia. Bronchitis is inflammation of airways. This leads to bromchospasm which ultimately causes breathlessness, coughing etc

This can also cause palpitations and pain in heart area.
So in my opinion, you should definitely consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, chest x ray and PFT ( Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT is not only diagnostic for bronchitis but it will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment is based on severity only.
