Brief Answer:
Try acid lowering medications...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If the pain is still persisting based on the details provided it could be related to acid peptic disease or an issue with gall bladder. I will suggest to start Cap Pan D.
If you feel better, you need to continue it twice daily half an hour before food for couple of weeks.
If pan D doesn't help you, you need to visit your local doctor for physical examination and an ultrasound scan.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Brief Answer:
Fatty liver doesn't hurt...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Fatty liver Grade 1 is not the cause of pain. Almost all cases of fatty liver are painless and therefore is not the cause of your discomfort.
As discussed earlier, the pain you described is often seen in patients with acid peptic disease (gastritis). But other possibilities including muscular pain, hiatus hernia, aerophagia (swallowing too fast) and others may cause similar pain. Without a physical examination, I would not be able to narrow down to a single cause.
If you are unable to consult a doctor which is understandable, I will suggest to continue Pan D. Include dietary and life style changes as suggested below:
1. Avoid eating heavy meal. Instead try small and frequent meals. And make sure to chew and swallow slowly.
2. Avoid hitting bed immediately after food.
3. Avoid hot and spicy food, beverages, caffeinated drinks as well as aerated soft drinks.
4. Maintain weight in ideal limits.
5. Start physical exercise.
6. Drink plenty of water.
7. Sleep adequately.
You may also add probiotics like tab VSL#3 twice daily for 3-5 days for added benefits.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarification.
Regards
