XXXXXXX Has A Diabetic Foot Ulcer With No Cellulitis. He
Question: XXXXXXX has a diabetic foot ulcer with no cellulitis. He has type 2 diabetes with last A1c 12.3. he had a reading heart rate of 110-124 last 3 visits. 12 lead EKG shows heart rate 121. PR 142, QTc 473, P axis 39, QRS axis 25, T axis 87, Sinus tachycardia, probable left atrial enlargement, probable left ventricular hypertrophy. he is a lifelong nonsmoker. BMI 30. he has no chest nor shortness breath and his BP 130/72. His troponin T was 0.03 and BNP 171. family history father heart disease. XXXXXXX no known heart disease

Regarding further exams, cardiac ultrasound is recommended to exclude possible cardiomyopathy.
