The thyroid cyst is worrisome because such cysts can also have beginnings of cancer.

So, the thyroid needs to be removed partially (right half), there is no other option.

Along with that, the stone in the submandibular gland also needs to be removed carefully, it may be extracted intraductally by careful manipulation with instruments.
