Will The Use Of Heroine During Pregnancy Have An Effect On The Fetus?
Question: I am 4months pregnant and I sniff heroin once in a while but now I want to stop but im scare my baby gonna have withdraws what should I do?

As per your description since you are in the second trimester (4 months).This is the time during which various organs are formed in the fetus.Using heroine is toxic and will result in the birth defects(bone, heart defects etc).
Withdrawal effects are seen at the time of birth if you happen to continue the same.They are not seen at 4 months.
I would strongly recommend you to stop the usage of heroine and do an anomaly scan around 18-20 weeks which can pick up if there are any fetal defects.
