Brief Answer: You may have gastro-intestinal side effects. Detailed Answer: Hello XXXX Thanks for writing to HCM Carbidopa levodopa 25/250 contains 25 mg anhydrous carbidopa and 250 mg levodopa.It is mainly used in treatment of Parkinson's disease. Single dose taken by mistake shouldn't cause any problem. However you may have gastro-intestinal side effects likely nausea,vomiting and anorexia.These are the common side effects.You may also experience gastric irritation if there is history of peptic ulcer. There are also chances of faintness and dizziness.Elderly patient may also experience agitation,anxiety,euphoria,insomnia etc. Darkening of urine and sweat may also occur. Get well soon.
