Brief Answer:
I would recommend as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Your symptoms do not seem to be related to any cardiac disorders.

Anxiety may mimic this clinical scenario.

As a cardiologist I would exclude any possible cardiac disorders, especially considering the fact that you have had this feeling before and all your performed tests have resulted normal.

So, there is no need to worry about!

I would just recommend you to close your eyes and take some deep breaths (meditation) or go out for a walk in the nature. I am sure that it will help a lot.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me again!

Wishing a pleasant weekend,

Dr. Iliri

My opinion as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Your symptoms do not seem to be related to the heart.

A musculoskeletal pain seem to be the main cause of your complaints.

For this reason, I would recommend taking acetaminophen or ibuprofen for the pain.

In my opinion, there is no reason to worry about your heart !

I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!

Wishing a pleasant weekend!

Dear XXXXXXX

As a cardiologist, I don't think that further cardiac tests are necessary.

I would just recommend painkillers and warm packs locally to help against the pain.
