Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear

I have carefully gone through the medical history provided by you and I would like to tell you that with all the basic screening cardiac tests negative the chances of having a underlying coronary artery disease at Thisbe young age is highly unlikely.

The other possibility includes

1. Acid peptic disease
2. Anxiety related

The beats which you experience are ectopic and are quite common in young individuals with lack of adequate physical activities.

I would like to suggest you to take a trail of antacids and proton pump inhibitors like rabeprazole for at least 1 week. Also you can consult a gastroenterologist.

Also I would like to know is there any family history of heart attack or coronary artery disease? Do you smoke?

I hope this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
