Brief Answer:
possible orchitis with infected sebaceous cyst.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the condition seems to be orchitis with sebaceous cyst over scrotum.

My recommendations at present to heal faster

@ Keep the part clean with antiseptic liquid.
@ Local application of sterile dressing with polymycin ointment.
@ Continue current antibiotic as prescribed by your doc.
@ Additional intake of anti inflammatory medicine as ibuprofen or else will help great.
@ Drink plenty of liquids.
@ Avoid tight under garments and prefer loose, clean, cotton inner.
@ Discuss the need of basic lab tests (as fasting blood sugar, culture report of pus) and an ultrasound of the scrotum if not done till now for making outline of future course of prevention.

Hope this information will clear your doubt. Welcome for further clarification anytime.
Take care.
