Brief Answer:
Probably carpal tunnel syndrome.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to carpal tunnel syndrome.
This syndrome is caused by a compressed nerve in the carpal tunnel which is on the wrist.
Some advice that I can give to you are:
- Take anti inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day
- Use anti inflammatory creams or gels such as Voltaren gel
- Use wrist splints while sleeping to avoid further damage
- Rotate your wrists and do stretching of the fingers

If the symptoms continue you should do a neurological examination for further evaluation and treatment.

Hope this answers your question. Please let me know if you need further clarification.
