Brief Answer:
Low copper and Zinc excess

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

Oral zinc can interfere with copper absorption.
Copper-deficiency can cause hypochromic anemia and is refractory to therapeutic iron.

Normal serum Copper level is 11–22 μmol/L or 70–140 μg/dL.Your copper level is 5.Exactly which unit is used for the reference rage.If possible post the report.

What is your occupation? chronic zinc excess may be due to occupational exposure e.g Zinc fumes from welding.

You should also undergo serum ceruloplasmin level to rule out Aceruloplasminemia is a rare autosomal recessive disease characterized
by low serum copper concentrations.

Send me the complete hematology profile like complete blood count, serum iron, serum ferritin, serum transferrin and iron binding capacity to get the full picture of anemia.
Your trouble in walking points to neurological problem which can occur due to
Wilson’s disease (WD) , an autosomal recessive inherited disorder
of copper metabolism that may be manifest with neurologic disorders, alone or in combination and low levels of blood copper and ceruloplasmin and high levels of urinary copper.
Zinc excess can cause respiratory distress(breathing trouble), pulmonary fibrosis but does not cause any neurological problem.
