Hi,

I wish to know
1. Since when did this pain start?
2. Does the pain appear spontaneously or is there any factor that induces the pain such as exercises, sexual intercourse and so on?
3. Do you have pain or burning sensation while passing urine / bloody urine?
4. Are you running fever?
5. Do you have history of diabetes?

Awaiting your response...

Brief Answer:
Need evaluation...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I went through the details. I hope there are no other symptoms besides pain, symptoms such as lump.

From your description, you have on and off random pains in the groin as well as testicle regions on both sides with no noticable aggravating factors. This description doesn't fit to a specific diagnosis. Therefore it is essential that you undergo a clinical examination and investigation to rule out possibilities. The possibilities may include urethritis, orchitis and other local causes.

I will recommend consulting a surgeon or urologist. Complete hemogram, urine routine / microscopy as well as ultrasound abdomen and scrotum are entailed. Further management will be based on test results.

Until then, you need to use proper scrotal support. Avoid tight under garments.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

I went through a physical examination and the doctor is suspecting Vericocile . I have little pain and lump on my left testicle. Is that curable ? Do I need any medication at all?

Brief Answer:
Medicines don't cure varicocele

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Apologies for the late reply.

Varicocele may cause pain as you described. But it can't be cured with medications. Medicines may be used to control pain. But cure is through surgery. You should consult an urologists and discuss various surgical options available.

In the meantime your doctor will perform tests as mentioned earlier.

Hope I have answers your question
